Armenian ITF Taekwondo team achievements in world championship
The World Open Taekwondo Championship took place on November 19-22, 2021 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
The Republic of Armenia was represented in this championship by the team of the “Prof” ITF Taekwondo Federation of Armenia with 12 athletes.
All our athletes representing Armenia performed excellently, winning 8 gold and 4 silver medals in a tenacious fight with their rivals. Gold medals were awarded to Vladimir Khachatryan, Hayk Yeghiazaryan, Tigran Yeghiazaryan, Erik Gorgyan, Arman Amiryan, Gurgen Israyelyan, Volodya Abrahamyan and Hayk Abrahamyan. Elen Yeranosyan, Raffi Antonyan, Albert Vardanyan and Hamlet Aloyan won silver medals.

Prizes for the highest success of the Armenian team were also awarded to the President of the “Prof” ITF Taekwondo Federation of Armenia and the coach of the team.
